Dr Linwei Wang is a postdoctoral Research Associate in the Centre of Renewable Energy and Sustainable Technology. Before joining Loughborough, she was a Lecturer at University of Glasgow (Fixed-term replacement academic). She carried out her PhD research at the School of Engineering of the University of Glasgow from October 2014 to September 2018, which focused on the dynamics and thermodynamics of coal and biomass combustion. She was awarded the MSc and BEng degree from Wuhan University, China in 2013 and 2011, respectively.

In Loughborough, she works on the project “LoT-NET” (Low Temperature Heat Recovery and Distribution Network Technologies).
