Francisco Sanchez

PhD Research Student

Location: MBG.0.L01, Garendon Wing

Mr. Sánchez obtained an Electrical Engineering Degree from Simón Bolívar University in Caracas (Venezuela) in 2011 before joining the Polytechnic University of Madrid where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energies.

He then moved to the U.K to work as a Conformance Engineer at Nidec Control Techniques overseeing the approval process for new drives and the electrical testing required to conform to the different safety standards.

In 2017, Mr. Sánchez started his PhD studies at Loughborough University.
