About this event

This data session will focus on two audio-recorded telephone calls made to a GP practice. Both calls are made by third-party callers, on behalf of a child, to request a same-day appointment. I am interested in how (and when) the patient’s medical concern becomes known. I am also interested in understanding how the urgency of the concern is determined and is, or is not, turned into an appointment.
