Jess Ginsberg

I am a final year International Business student, who is involved with the Jewish Society and the Centre for Faith and Spirituality in the role of Chaplaincy Assistant.

I love keeping busy and am currently working towards my scuba diving qualification and recently became involved in the Archery society on campus. I enjoy reading and travelling and am planning a trip through Scandinavia over the summer.

International Women’s Day means that I can achieve and build a career in a world that is accepting of and respects my position as a woman. Starting in 1911, it has long highlighted the importance of equality and justice allowing me to be born in a generation of more gender parity than ever before. While there is still a way to go, I am so lucky for it almost to be taken for granted in the world I live in.
