How can conversation analysis be applied to conversation design?

  • 15 July 2022
  • 1pm-2pm
  • Virtual IAS / Zoom Webinar

IAS Residential Fellow, Cathy Pearl delivers a seminar on her research.

Let's explore how the lessons from looking at real-life conversations between people can be applied to the work we do to make conversations with voice assistants more effective and natural.
