Jones Lang LaSalle have developed a World Winning Cities research programme – see www.research.joneslanglasalle.com/ , the latest report is available at www.joneslanglasalle.co.uk/ - and this pilot project is investigating how their results relate to GaWC connectivity measures and whether the latter are relevant to identifying 'winning cities'.

Explorations will be conducted to see whether there can be collaboration for developing cultural indices to monitor global urban change.
