Jamie has a broad range of expertise regarding risk management, resilience and sustainability in contemporary food supply chains.
He has worked with a number of companies including growers, food and drink manufacturers and retailers to develop bespoke techniques for identifying and mitigating vulnerability, thus enhancing resilience.
Jamie also has expertise in issues surrounding food waste, particularly regarding techniques that industry can use to manage their waste in a way that maximises financial return and minimises environmental impact.
