You are not currently able to enter online Registration. Please try one of the following, which may help you resolve this situation.

Check your user ID and password carefully, paying particular attention to upper case letters and numbers.
Ensure you are not trying to enter your UCAS ID as your User ID (your User ID was given to you when you retrieved your IT credentials - which you need to do before entering Online Registration).
Ensure you have set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Try a different browser and/or device.
