You are not currently able to enter online Registration. Please try one of the following, which may help you resolve this situation.
- Check your user ID and password carefully, paying particular attention to upper case letters and numbers.
- Ensure you are not trying to enter your UCAS ID as your User ID (your User ID was given to you when you retrieved your IT credentials - which you need to do before entering Online Registration).
- Ensure you have set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Try a different browser and/or device.
