Until the Council writes to you and confirms that you are on the electoral register, YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED TO VOTE. If you change your address after the Council has confirmed your electoral registration, it is your responsibility to inform the Council. Your details will not be included in the ‘Open Register’ which can be purchased for commercial use.
