If applicable, your request to transfer to a new programme is subject to meeting Tier 4/Student visa and/or ATAS requirements. 

If you hold a Tier 4/Student visa, it is not possible to transfer from an undergraduate master’s degree (e.g. MEng) to a bachelor’s degree (e.g. BEng) without first obtaining a new Student visa outside of the UK.  If you have requested a transfer following SAP, it is likely that you will need to take a Leave of Absence for one year.
