Before amending the text of the consultation email, it is recommended that you update the 'Response Reqired' and 'Response Time (days)' input boxes, as these will alter the text of the email once the 'Refresh email text' button is clicked.
The system will attempt to match a named role to a specific staff member if that information is held in the system. If it is not, you will need to enter the consultee details yourself. To search for a member of staff, begin typing either first name or surname into the 'Send To' box.
