Attaching Documents

Before you submit your application you need to attach relevant documents which will help in the consideration of your application.  Submitting your documents in this way allows us to process your application efficiently and respond to you as quickly as possible.

Not all of these documents are compulsory, but we will not be able to consider your application properly if we don’t have details of your academic qualifications to date.

You may attach some documents now, and return to your application to submit other documents later on, once you have obtained them.  You should submit all your documents to us through the on-line application portal, and your application will remain open throughout the application cycle to enable you to do this.  It is important to make a note of your login details.

You may upload documents to a maximum file size of 10MB in total (not 10MB per document type), so check carefully whether the document you would like to attach is needed by the University to assess your application.  If the document you are trying to upload takes you over the 10MB total size limit, you will not be able to upload it.

You may upload documents in the following file types: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt, .bmp, .tif, .gif, .jpeg, .png.  You may upload more than one document in the same category.  All uploaded files will be scanned by the University for viruses.  Once you have submitted your documents you will receive automatic confirmation whether the upload has been successful.

Document categories:

What do I do if I can’t submit my documents, or the upload doesn’t work?

Submitting your documents on-line via the application portal allows us to process your application efficiently and respond to you as quickly as possible.  You should always try to submit them on-line first.

Occasionally, however, you may have issues with your internet connection, or problems uploading some or all of your documents.  If this happens, you can email them to us separately to the appropriate email address below.  We can still only accept documents in the following file types: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt, .bmp, .tif, .gif, .jpeg, .png, and they must be free from any viruses.
