This website allows you to start a new Mitigating Circumstances (MC) claim; update an exisiting claim; or, track the progress of a claim you have already submitted. All claims submitted must be supported by appropriate evidence. If you have these documents ready to upload, you can do this as part of Step 4 when submitting your claim. However, if you are still waiting for this information, you can save your claim as a draft and return to it at a later date.
