Services for students

How to access our services for students on campus and remotely

Student Services

Student Services remains open with its services moving online.

Much of the help we provide will continue to be online from the start of the academic year, but some face-to-face services will be provided where needed and where we’re able to do this safely. If you need to speak to us, email or phone us (01509 222050) first and we’ll advise you on how you’ll be able to access the services you need.

And if you’re feeling at all worried or anxious about the pandemic, or anything else, our Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity service should be your first port of call.

Student Services are also offering one-hour interactive support sessions for students who are currently self-isolating to discuss experiences, exchange helpful tips, focus on wellbeing and be fully aware of the support available to you. To book a place onto one of the sessions please register online here.

If you are a Loughborough University London student, you can get support by emailing us or visiting the Welfare pages on Learn.

Student enquiries

The Student Enquiries counter is open for students on an appointment only basis, with slots managed to ensure that we can maintain social distancing at all times.

To reduce the need for in-person visits, we’ve moved many of our services (such as payments and letter requests) online. You can email or phone us (01509 222491) with any queries you have, and our website will have details of our online services and how you can book an appointment.
