Want to get stronger, more muscular legs?- take part in our training study!
You can participate in this study if you are/have:
- 18-40 years of age.
- Healthy male.
- Not involved in systematic physical training of any kind.
- No history of leg strength training in the last 18 months.
- A normal protein diet.
