Sleep Quality in Physically Active People: Get a personalised sleep feedback!
- Are you UK-based? Are you physically active (≥150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week)? Do you want to know more about your sleep? Complete our online survey and get a personalised sleep feedback!
This is an online survey which investigates the relationship between sleep quality in physically active people. The survey takes only 10-15 minutes to complete, and participants are asked questions on their physical activity), day and night-time sleeping patterns, and personal characteristics.
The survey has a short completion time and answers provided will contribute to an understanding of how sleep-related factors affect and are affected by well-being and performance in physically active people.
Upon completion of the study, interested participants will be provided a personalised feedback to participants regarding their sleep health, specifically sleep quality, sleep reactivity, pre-sleep arousal and sleepiness levels, all measured with validated questionnaires.
