Interested in the psychology of physical endurance?
Our study aims to investigate psychological factors involved in successful endurance performance.
The study involves 2 x 30 minute sessions, consisting of a 15 minute writing task about your future goals or daily routines, followed by a standing wall-sit for as long as you are able!
By taking part in this research you will help to increase our knowledge and understanding of psychological processes involved in endurance activity, which will be beneficial in the promotion of physical activity.
