Online study- Athletes/exercisers needed!

Our study, an online survey, is investigating relationships between sleep quality and the demands of training in athletes from a wide range of sports, as well as in high exercisers (>150 weekly minutes of physical activity).

The survey takes only 10 minutes to complete, and participants are asked questions on their activity schedules (both training and competition-wise), day and night-time sleeping patterns, and personal characteristics.

Upon completion of the study, we will be able to provide personal feedback regarding sleep health.
