Guided mindfulness meditation
Mindfulness is simple and accessible to all. Our practice uses recorded instructions to help us focus on the present, usually by paying attention to our breathing, instead of worrying about the past or the future. It can help relieve stress, anxiety and low mood. While you can practice mindfulness anywhere at any time, having a regular session can help make sure you get round to it at least once a week. All are welcome to come and join us, whether you have tried meditation before or not, though novices should be aware this is a practice session and not a "how to" course.
