The roads to be repaired in this phase of works are sections of University Road, Margaret Keay Road, East Link Road and Towers Way.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO STUDENTS AND STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITY?
This will improve the appearance of the estate and extend the lifespan of the university roads for university students, staff and visitors on the campus.
The Contractor will carry out works on Tuesday 27th April 2021 during normal working hours. The work is not weather dependant, however, updates will follow should any details change.
HOW WILL THE WORKS AFFECT ME?
There will be temporary rolling roadblocks, signage and traffic control placed in the immediate area of the roadwork adjacent to where the operatives will be working. Please maintain social distancing. Operatives will wear hi-vis clothing and control road traffic on an as needed basis.
