Drop in Meditation

All are welcome to attend a drop in meditation session led by Natalie Steel our Brahma Kumaris Chaplain, on Wednesday 11 March at 1.15 in the J rooms upstairs in EHB.

A simple and peaceful time of meditation. Learn what a useful tool meditation can be in your personal well-being kit; or simply take advantage of this session to relax in the middle of your busy day. You can stay for the full session or drop in and out as suits you. This session happens on every 2nd Wednesday.
