Drop-in meditation this Wednesday 1.15pm to 2.15pm, Centre for faith and Spirituality, J209 - 211, EHB, 1st floor, Staff and students welcome

Learn skills of concentration, improve your memory, and ability to create good thoughts.
Take time out from your busy day to revive your mind.

Drop in sessions offer you the chance to destress,
to experience inner peace, improve concentration
and a chance to recharge.

Arrive when you want, stay as long as you want

No need to book, just turn up.
