Having a diverse workforce with employees from different backgrounds such as ethnicity, gender, disability, is important to these companies.
For this reason, they are offering students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to spend an afternoon at their company to hear about how they support and develop Diversity and Inclusion within their business.
You will hear about:
• The companies values and attitude towards diversity and inclusion including the various support networks and events offered to staff
• Experiences of current placement and graduates on the schemes from diverse backgrounds
• Next steps for anyone interested in applying including hints and tips
You will also get the chance to speak to colleagues over a networking lunch.
Interested? We will also hold a small session to help you prepare for your afternoon and equip you with the necessary tools to make the most of the afternoon.
