Pool room booking request form introduced

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the pool room booking request form is now available for staff members to book pool teaching rooms. This online form is designed to streamline the booking process for standard room requests, making it easier for the team to check availability and confirm the booking.

Please note: for more complex bookings, such as University-wide events, Open Days and Graduation, requests should continue to be sent to the rooms inbox. These types of events require additional planning and coordination.
