Part-time Staff Group
Everyone on campus who works flexibly or part-time is invited to join the Part-time Staff Group. All job families welcome.
The purpose of the group is to provide an informal support network for people who currently work flexibly or on a part time basis, or who would like to do so in the future.
By sharing experiences the group identifies common problems and areas of good practice and works with the equality and diversity function to improve the way that flexible and part time staff are managed within the University.
Together we aim to support each other and provide a voice on issues impacting part-time and flexible working, for example, through engagement with the EDI Forum. The group is currently expanding and there are new opportunists to join the committee for anyone who would like to play a more active role in the group.

Our next meeting is Thursday October 28th at 11am via Teams. Everyone who has joined the group by the week before the meeting will be sent the joining instructions. We look forward to seeing you there.
