IR35 Changes from 06 April 2021
As many of you will be (painfully) aware IR35 has been with us (the public sector) since April 2017. Now that IR35 is being extended to the private sector (from 6 April 2021) HMRC has updated its online Employment Status Checking Tool and introduced a number of technical / legal changes. The changes which affect the University are detailed in the attached document.
