Isolation of Heating Services – Campus Wide
Week Commencing 13th May 2019
Why Does the Work Need to Be Done?
In line with the University Heating Policy and in order to allow maintenance works to be undertaken, the heating services to the Academic, Teaching and Support buildings across the campus will be isolated from Monday 13th May 2019.
The boilers will be isolated from the 13th May 2019 and will remain off until the start of the next heating season that will commence in October 2019.
How Will this Affect Me?
During this period there will be No Heating available to the Academic, Teaching and Support Buildings.
The heating services to the Residential Accommodation will remain on but will operate for reduced periods in line with the Spring Time setting.
In the event of unseasonably cold weather, please dress accordingly as no supplementary heating will be available.
