NOTICE OF MINOR WORKS
Rutland 2nd Floor Refurbishment Works
Refurbishment of Finance offices on Rutland 2nd Floor
Monday 5th August – Friday 23rd August 2019
This is to give noticeof work associated with the above project:
To accommodate the relocation of additional staff, the wall to the meeting room (02), will be removed to provide more desk space within the main area (01). There will be light decoration and alterations to power and lighting within this space.
There will be the introduction of 2 new offices / meeting rooms in room 06, this area will also receive a redecoration and alterations to power and lighting and the introduction of some new furniture to accommodate the new layouts.
TIMESCALE – Sequence and location of works
The works will take place over a three week period starting on 5th August 2019 with a projected completion date of 23rd August 2019. Works are planned around the needs of the occupants of room 01 where possible.
HOW WILL THE WORK EFFECT ME
There will be some minor disturbances from noise and movement of materials to and from the works area. Where possible the activities which will create the most noise disturbance will be completed out of hours.
