Coming Soon: Multi-Factor Authentication for Students

Multi-Factor Authentication is currently a requirement for staff and postgraduate students (PGRs) using the VPN and accessing services off the campus network.

From 28th, all students will be required to use MFA when accessing online University systems and services off-campus, such as the LEARN portal, O365 email, MyResults and VPN.

Students are invited to complete the self-enrollment process – a few simple steps before the service launch date.

To support students with getting their mobile devices ready and to answer any additional queries, staff from IT Services will be located outside the University Library building on the following dates between 11am-2pm:

Tuesday 15 June
Thursday 17 June
Monday 21 June
Wednesday 23 June
Friday 25 June
Monday 28 June
Wednesday 30 June
Friday 2 July
