Changes to Loughborough Campus Delivery Services

What is changing?

  • All mail, parcel and print deliveries will now be delivered to single Delivery Drop Off Locations per department/building.
  • All mail, parcel and print deliveries will now be made within our scheduled delivery rounds.
  • We have two delivery rounds, East Park in the morning and West Park in the afternoon. The dividing line is the Herbert Manzoni Building. Full details of the rounds, and the order in which we make deliveries, is available on our website.
  • We will no longer deliver to specific rooms or at individual times.

When is it changing?

  • These changes are effective immediately. Delivery Drop Off Location signs will be put up during week beginning 20th May 2024. If your sign is not yet up, please assume that your delivery has been made to where your mail bag is normally dropped off.
  • What should I do if my delivery or outgoing mail is urgent?
    All deliveries can be collected from the Herbert Manzoni Building if it is not already out on the van.
  • All outgoing mail can be posted at the Herbert Manzoni Building.
  • Large deliveries that you want to collect but that require access via our loading bay area must be prior arranged so that we can manage risk appropriately. Please contact us via to make arrangements.

Can I expect any further changes?

Yes. We will be upgrading staff deliveries through the use of our new Parcel Tracker system. This will provide you with tracking data for all print jobs processed via the Online Shop and our Accounts Team. Further details will be released as the system becomes available.
