Campus Wide - Isolation of Heating Services

In line with the University Heating Policy, and to reduce the impact of the significant energy costs, the heating services to the Academic, Teaching, Sports and Support buildings across the campus, will be isolated from Monday 9 May 2022.

The boilers will be isolated from Monday 9 May 2022, and remain off until the start of the next heating seasons, this commences October 2022.

During this period, there will be NO HEATING available to the Academic, Teaching, Sports and Support Buildings.

The heating services to the Residential Accommodation will remain on, but will operate for reduced periods in line with the Springtime settings.

In the event of unseasonably cold weather, please dress accordingly as no supplementary heating will be available.
