Campus will be very busy on both days and staff not directly involved in supporting the Open Days are encouraged to work from home where this is reasonably practical in line with their role and responsibilities. Please do discuss any changes to your usual routine with your line manager.

For those colleagues who need to be on campus please be mindful that campus will be very busy. Please expect delays in getting on to campus. We recommend entering the campus via the East Entrance and to avoid parking in the Holywell or multi-story car parks.

Where possible, staff may wish to consider alternative ways of getting on to campus such as walking, car sharing to reduce the number of cars on campus or taking the bus. The Kinch Sprint Bus service which runs from Loughborough Train Station to Holywell Park will be free of charge for all passengers from 7.30am-6pm on both days of the Open Days across its entire route including at the train station and in Loughborough town centre.
