Employee Benefits survey now live

Today (13 September 2023), the University has launched its Employee Benefits survey and wants to hear your voice and feedback on the current benefits package.

Recognising and valuing the contribution that staff make to the success of our University is really important to us and as a University, we aim to be an employer of choice and offer a package of benefits that is valuable and meaningful to our diverse staff population. The results of the Staff Experience Survey in November 2022 highlighted that there was room for development in how the University rewards and recognises its staff. 

Therefore, by taking part in this survey, you will be providing the University with valuable insight into how our current benefits package is viewed and where this can be improved further to enhance the experience for existing and prospective employees.  

The results of the survey will form part of the institutional work contributing to the delivery of the University Strategy.  

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will remain open until Wednesday 27 September 2023. Please note the survey is anonymous – more information about data protection can be found on the link below.
