If you require a colleague’s contact details, we recommend using the “People and Contacts” feature within Outlook:

Hover on the “People” icon as pictured below and, in the pop-up box, type the name of the person you are looking for

Click on the person’s name and their details will be displayed including:

Phone number (If they have one)
-
Email Address
-
Department
