The opportunity was made possible thanks to the University and the Centre for Postdoctoral Development in Infrastructure Cities and Energy (CDICE) winning a competition by Vitae and the UK Research Staff Association to host the prestigious biennial conference.
This year’s theme is focused on ‘Transitions and New Horizons’ and will provide a platform that celebrates the impact and contribution of postdocs in changing the world for the better.
The conference is an opportunity for the postdoc community to come together to build their networks, share their experiences, and develop their careers further.
Taking place in the James France Building, throughout the day attendees can take part in a fantastic programme of events made up of talks, workshops and networking sessions.
To support this programme, we are welcoming submissions from academic staff and postdocs from Loughborough University to either present a talk or workshop on the day, or to share posters and digital content of their work. Furthermore, we also invite colleagues to nominate peers for the National Postdoc Conference Awards, which recognise and celebrate both postdoctoral researchers and the people and organisations who support them.
