The following activity is currently underway:
- The recent HR restructure has created specialist roles which will focus on Pay, Reward and Benefits. This will bring expertise and capacity to ensure we are proactive in creating an attractive pay and benefits package for staff.
- A Reward and Recognition workstream has been established as part of Project Expectations which will focus on improving our reward and recognition arrangements.
- Work is due to commence shortly with an external organisation to review our pay structures and our benefits. This will help us to identify our priorities for the future. One of the key areas that will be looked at as part of this work is the current annual leave entitlements for staff.
