Upcoming exam workshops for students

With exams and assessment deadlines approaching for many students at Loughborough, we know that some of you will be feeling stressed and anxious.

Various teams within Student Services will be running a number of events throughout the month to help you with your wellbeing and revision skills. Read below to sign up to the sessions and find out more about them.

Coping with stress – Exams and Deadlines

11 January 2023, 2pm-3.30pm

This is an informal, friendly online workshop looking at stress and how to manage it more effectively in the run-up to exams or coursework deadlines.

We’ll cover what stress is and how to develop some positive coping strategies. There will also be the opportunity for group discussion and questions, but for those who may find this difficult, there is no pressure to speak, it’s okay to simply sit, watch and listen.

Please note this is an online group session via MS Teams.
