- A comprehensive search facility.
- Filter functionality: Users can search by service or by device type. The content on the new site has all been carefully tagged to improve search results, and you can restrict your search to certain categories.
- Service Availability reporting page: Real-time reporting of service status (service downtime, outages, service upgrades, etc).
For the best search experience, we recommend using the site search function found on the home landing page and on the top menu bar present on all service pages across the IT Services site.
The site has been developed to be completely device independent, so you’ll be able to get help whether you’re using a PC, tablet, phone, or any other device.
