The workshop will be held 20-21 September, 9am-5pm in the Start Up Lab (STEMLab 2.01) and aims to help attendees to develop their leadership skills. Topics covered in the workshop include:
- Exploring and celebrating Black identity, leadership and empowerment
- Increasing confidence to become resilient leaders and role models
- Advocacy skills
Grit: Breakthrough Programmes is an organisation established by businessman Tony Morgan and former Olympian Ben Rose. They’ve been providing personal development programmes for 25 years and aim to create a safe space for people to share and engage.
