The Student Success Academy has partnered with Grit: Breakthrough Programmes to provide a two-day workshop, designed and delivered by Black leaders.

The workshop will be held 20-21 September, 9am-5pm in the Start Up Lab (STEMLab 2.01) and aims to help attendees to develop their leadership skills. Topics covered in the workshop include:

  • Advocacy skills

Grit: Breakthrough Programmes is an organisation established by businessman Tony Morgan and former Olympian Ben Rose. They’ve been providing personal development programmes for 25 years and aim to create a safe space for people to share and engage.

This is part of the Transformations: Step Up to Final Year programme.
