Two arts workers standing in front of the Happy Mondays banner

Would you like to get paid to run arts workshops on campus?

LU Arts offer free arts worker training to students with creative skills so that they can deliver activities to others.

The deadline for applications is Wednesday 16 November, with the course running at the following times:

  • Wednesday 23 November 2pm-4pm - in person
  • Wednesday 30 November, 2pm-4pm – online

Applications are welcomed from all UG, PGT and PGR students including Loughborough London students. You should expect to still be a student at Loughborough by the end of the spring term 2023 in order to be eligible for this training. You don’t need to be an arts student and you can be involved in any art form.

LU Arts currently pay students a fee of £80 for a two hour workshop and £60 for a one hour workshop. They also cover the cost of materials too.

Accessibility

LU Arts want this opportunity to be accessible to all students. They welcome applications in different formats eg audio, large print, if this is more appropriate for you. If you would like to discuss any accessibility issues in advance of applying or to discuss how the opportunity can be made inclusive for you, then please email luarts@lboro.ac.uk or call 01509 222948.
