Staff: Please complete the Dynamic Working survey

The implementation of Dynamic Working arrangements at the University has meant a number of changes to the way we all work, both for colleagues who are working dynamically, and for those who are campus based and seeing the effects of Dynamic Working.

The arrangements have been designed to enable staff whose roles permit, to deliver the responsibilities of their jobs with some flexibility about where and how this is achieved, whilst at the same time seeking to ensure that we maintain a vibrant campus and the operational effectiveness of the University.

When these arrangements were introduced, we committed to regularly reviewing how things are going for those colleagues working dynamically, and for those who aren’t. We have created a survey to collate views from all colleagues and we would very much welcome your feedback using the link below. Please tell us about your Dynamic Working experiences both positive and negative, because this will help us to consider whether any changes need to be made.

As part of our commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, your feedback will also help us to update our Equity Impact Assessment (EIA) on Dynamic Working so that we continue to monitor how the arrangements are impacting on different groups of colleagues, and for us to make any necessary changes. Please also complete the survey if you do not work dynamically so that we can review the impact on you.

The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and will really help us to shape Dynamic Working at the University going forward.

Complete the survey here.
