• The University is reviewing all links with Russia and Russian universities.

• Colleagues with active links to Russian universities, especially where they are receiving or sharing any funding, should declare these to their Dean or Director of Service who will make a decision on the suspension of the link, or consult with the DVC and COO.

• The assumption is that any formal and funding links will be suspended.

• Exceptionally, there may be links that should continue (for example, a project aimed at fostering democratic spaces).

We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and the brave Russians who have shown their opposition to Putin’s war.

We are actively seeking to offer support through organisations including CARA.
