Student Support Session

27January, 2pm-3.30pm

This session is aimed at students who feel they may be struggling. This is a chance to connect with other students and share experiences and concerns about university life, with a view to forging supportive connections with others.

Student wellbeing session: Anxiety

8 February, 3.30pm-5pm

In this workshop, the team will explore some ideas of how to recognise what is happening and strategies to manage different reactions to anxiety. Please book ahead of time.

Reigniting your spark

10 February, 3pm-4.30pm

When we feel down, we can often experience low motivation. This can lead to us doing less and getting stuck in a vicious cycle of the less we do, the worse we feel. This session looks at techniques to break out of this cycle to create balance and routine.

Trans and non-binary support group

16 February, 4pm-5pm

This is a support group for Trans and Non-binary students and students who are questioning their gender identity. This group provides a safe and confidential space for students to share their feelings, talk about their experiences and receive support, advice and guidance from the facilitator and other students alike.
