The Wellbeing Café is an opportunity for colleagues to relax from the daily stresses of life, meet others, and seek wellbeing advice and guidance. They are intended to be a safe but informal space.
They form part of the Wellbeing Framework, which aims to increase health and welling opportunities for staff. More information on the Framework can be found here.
No booking is required in advance, simply turn up and help yourself to a tea or coffee. The session will be facilitated by a member of the Occupational Health team and in addition, Natalie Steel from the University’s Chaplaincy will be running a bitesize Positive Thinking session.
