Loughborough Graduate Management Trainee Scheme now open for applications

The University is now accepting applications for its paid three-year Graduate Management Trainee Scheme, designed to help candidates get ready for university leadership and management roles upon completion.

Over the three-year period, successful candidates will complete a range of placements across various University departments, working closely with Schools and having access to the most senior leaders of the University.

They will engage with tailored development activities and have access to mentors for support. The placements and development activities are designed to inspire and stretch trainees to reach their potential helping to build upon our reputation as a top ten university. 

If you’re still wondering whether the scheme is for you, we’re looking for individuals who:

  • Are passionate about higher education and the impact it makes 
  • Are interested in a career based in a dynamic, large organisation that has a mission to advance and disseminate knowledge for public good
  • Are intelligent, hard-working, articulate and collegiate in style
  • Are motivated to complete the programme and like what Loughborough University has to offer.

The scheme is open to new and recent graduates of the University, as well as existing employees who meet the criteria. The starting salary is £25,627.

Applications are being accepted until Monday 28 February at 12pm.
