What is Clarity Business Travel?
Clarity Business Travel is one of the largest business travel and events agencies in the UK and manages over 2 million trips a year. They are based in Manchester with offices throughout the UK and Europe, have over 300 staff and are members of the Institute of Customer Service.
What does Clarity Business Travel offer?
- Individual air, rail, and hotel reservations (domestic and international)
- International car hire (all domestic car hire should continue to be booked via Enterprise)
- Group air and hotel reservations (domestic and international)
- Online booking tool – Go2Book
- 24/7 travel assistance for emergency needs
When is the change happening?
From 16 January 2023 all air, rail and hotels should be booked through Clarity Business Travel.
The last date for booking your travel requirements with Key Travel is Friday 13 January 2023. Key Travel will honour all existing bookings, including for travel booked after 13 January. They will also process any amendments to existing bookings.
How can I access training?
Go2book is Clarity Business Travel’s online booking platform which provides a user-friendly and intuitive experience. The Procurement Team and our account manager at Clarity will be holding a number of training sessions on how to use the Go2Book platform throughout December and January. These sessions also give you the opportunity to meet our account manager and get a better understanding of how the online platform works.
