What is happening?
All of the swipe card printers across campus are being upgraded to new devices with updated software and an online user interface.
The deployment programme is well underway with a small number of devices moving and others being removed.
As is to be expected for a deployment project of this size, there have been a few issues experienced by a very small number of users.
What do I need to do?
If you experience any problems with printing on the new or old devices, please email email@example.com as soon as you can with detailed information about the issue.
We are working constantly with our print supplier Ricoh and colleagues from IT Services on this rollout and have clear escalation processes for issues as they arise.
In the meantime, full instructions on how to register to the new service as well as information on how to use the print, scan and copy functions are available on our website.
