If you would like to collect home testing kits from the University, you need to fill out this online form - please note staff are automatically approved. You will then receive an email with a QR code and further instructions. 

The kits are available to collect from the Wavy Top Building near Car Park 19 at the following times, Monday to Friday:

• 9am
• 11am
• 2pm
• 3.30pm

Due to availability, you will be provided with one test kit containing seven tests per week. Please do not come to collect tests outside of the times stated above – these periods have been allocated to manage resource and workloads of staff who are helping with this initiative.

When you come to collect a kit, please queue on the yellow footsteps outside the building, and a tester will come out to meet you. If you arrive early, please do not enter the building.
