Staff: Join these online sessions to learn how to provide wellbeing support to colleagues and students

Togetherall is running a number of sessions to support the wellbeing of staff and students at the University.

The Togetherall service is designed to help people get support to take control of their wellbeing. It provides 24/7 peer-to-peer and professional support, plus a range of courses and tools to help people self-manage their wellbeing.

This service is safe, their community is anonymous, and it is free to all staff and students at Loughborough University.

They have put together a programme of sessions that aim to discuss how to provide wellbeing support to staff and students, incorporating Togetherall's services. The details of each session are below:

Signposting 24/7 mental health support for new students this September

Evenings and weekends at university can be a lonely and difficult time, particularly for new students. Join Togetherall to learn more about their service and how you can easily signpost mental health support for new students this September. 

Togetherall in conversation with Students’ Unions

Student government leaders are some of the fiercest advocates for bringing mental health resources to their campus communities. 

This session will explore how Students’ Unions can use their voice and presence to engage students. 

Understanding the signs of struggle and how to signpost our supportive service

In light of the hardships experienced over the past year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to understand signs that a student may be struggling and learn how to signpost safe, supportive services.
