Learning and Teaching Conference 2021 assett

Book your place for the Learning and Teaching Conference

Places are now available for Loughborough’s annual Learning and Teaching Conference on Tuesday 21 September, 9.15am-4pm.

The conference will be held at West Park Teaching Hub but in-person places are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will also be able to join the event via Microsoft Teams.

This year’s theme is: Celebrate, Connect and Collaborate. The event will recognise the work of colleagues and the development of teaching practices over the last year. There will also be an opportunity to share best practices as well as demonstrate practical tools and delivery methods.

The keynote will be given by Professor Rachel Thomson, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Teaching), followed by presentations from colleagues, guest speakers, and workshops. A student panel will also be joining towards the end of the day to give their insight. The day will finish with a presentation of the Teaching Awards.

Details on the event programme can be found here. You can book your place here.

Please note: Face coverings should be worn unless exempt for medical reasons. These can be removed when seated. We encourage you to take a lateral flow test within 48 hours of the event. Please do not attend if you are experiencing covid symptoms or have a positive covid test.
